Titanium rings
Titanium rings offer several unique properties, they are hypoallergenic, lightweight, corrosion resistant and have the highest strength to weight ratio of any crystalline metal. It is highly resistant to most causes of corrosion, including sea water and chlorine, therefore making it the perfect choice for water babies! Anodization of titanium rings is the process whereby an oxide film is formed on the surface of the titanium via an electrolytic process to create color, these stunning rings are fast becoming the rings of choice for those who wish to break from the norm.
First discovered in Cornwall in 1791 it wasn't until 1932 that commercial use for titanium became possible. Due to the laborious and costly extraction process the price of titanium can be very high. Titanium rings are constructed using solid bars, tubes or sheets of titanium, which are cut into the desired shape and size of a ring, unfortunately it is not possible for us to resize titanium rings. Most importantly and contrary to popular belief it is however possible for them to be cut off in an emergency.
