How do I return an item?

At Suay we offer a no nonsense Returns Policy, simply return the jewellery to us in it's original packaging and condition, using the return address label provided with the invoice stating whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Can Titanium/Stainless Steel rings be re sized?

Unfortunately Titanium, Stainless Steel and Tungsten Carbide rings cannot be re-sized as normal soldering techniques will not work.

What if I order the wrong size?

We are happy to exchange your jewellery for another size within 30 days of the invoice date. All that we ask is that you return the jewellery to us in the original packaging and condition, we advise you to send it to us via Special Recorded Delivery, to insure you against loss in the post. Unfortunately Custom Made rings are non returnable and non refundable once ordered.

Can Titanium/Stainless Steel/Sterling Silver be engraved?

Titanium/Stainless Steel/Tungsten Carbide/Zirconium/Silver jewellery can be engraved, we can engrave many of our rings and this option will be shown. For other items we recommend John Dearden http://www.engraving.uk.net/. Please note that we are unable to accept engraved items back for a refund or exchange unless faulty.

Can I custom design my own ring?

Unfortunately due to time restraints we currently do not provide this service, although you can personalise many items with engraving.

Will Titanium/Stainless Steel scratch?

Although Titanium and Stainless steel are very hard metals they are still prone to light surface scratching.

Will Titanium/Stainless Steel rust or tarnish?

Both these metals do not react to oxygen which is why they do not tarnish, oxidize or rust.

Can Titanium/Stainless Steel cause skin allergies/reactions?

Titanium is 100% compatible with the human body which is why it is used in Orthopedic Surgery. However, everyone is different and we cannot guarantee that these metals are suitable for everyone.

The Stainless Steel Jewellery that we carry is a grade 316L Surgical Steel.

How do I maintain my Titanium/Stainless Jewellery?

These metals can be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge and soap.

How do I maintain my Sterling Silver Jewellery?

It is highly advisable not to wear your Silver Jewellery whilst bathing or washing your hands. Try to avoid hard knocks or surfaces that may cause scratches, silver is a soft metal and will mark relatively easily. Clean regularly with a silver cloth available from the high street, and we advise that you avoid any harsh chemicals that may damage it's surface.

Care of Stone & Crystal Set Jewellery

Crystals are extremely fragile, please keep them dry for longevity, as we unfortunately cannot guarantee a long life where they have been exposed to water or chemicals.

Care & Returns of Leather & Cotton Jewellery

Please note that items made from cotton or leather may only have a 6 month warranty which is down to each individual case. 

How do I maintain my Cultured Pearl Jewellery?

Fine cultured pearls should be kept free from perfume, cosmetics and dirt as this may discolour the pearls. To clean simply wipe the pearls with a slightly damp cloth.

How will my jewellery from Suay Design be packaged?

All jewellery will arrive in a gift box or gift pouch, with ribbon in a padded envelope unless stated otherwise. 

What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?

If you are unhappy please return it to us in its original packaging and in its unworn original state, within 30 days. Please use the Returns Form provided. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage, and at Suay Design we do not sell used or worn jewellery.

Can I return Earrings?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings.

Can we custom set customer provided gemstones?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer this service.

How long will it take to custom make a ring?

We ask that you allow up to 4 weeks production time, we do offer an expedited service where manufacturing will take 2 weeks and costs £29.95.

What is a Comfort Fit or Court Fit?

A Comfort or Court fit is where the inside of the ring is rounded which makes the ring more comfortable to wear, as well as making it easier to remove the ring.
